A spreading shrub with deeply veined, dark green leaves, grey-felted beneath. Creamy white flowers in late spring are followed by red fruit ripening to black. Height 3m. Spread 4m. Planting instructions back-fill with soil mixed with peat and a suitable fertiliser.
