Kilmarnock willow. A weeping tree with yellow-brown branches and dark green leaves, grey-green beneath. Produces grey catkins with yellow anthers in spring, before the leaves. Height 1.5-2m. Spread 2m. Flower colour grey. Flowers from march to may. Deciduous. Foliage colour green. Hardy. Planting instructions back-fill with soil mixed with peat and a suitable fertiliser.
