Fishpole bamboo, golden bamboo. A clump-forming erect bamboo with grooved bright mid-green canes, becoming yellow-brown. Narrow yellowish to golden green leaves. Height 2-10m. Evergreen. Foliage colour yellow, green. Hardy. Shelter from cold drying winds. Planting instructions back-fill with soil mixed with peat and a suitable fertiliser.
