Chilean guava. An upright shrub or tree with glossy dark green leaves. Fragrant, pink-tinged, white flowers in late spring, followed by dark red berries in autumn. Height 1.5m. Spread 1m. Flower colour white, pink. Flowers from may to june. Fruit colour red. Fruits from september evergreen. Foliage colour green. Frost hardy. Shelter from cold drying winds. Planting instructions back-fill with soil mixed with peat and a suitable fertiliser.
